DS+A was founded in 1990 and we have supported projects, programmes and businesses in making informed decisions ever since. We provide innovative risk based solutions to fit your problem (not vice versa), introduce best practice, carry out due diligence studies and make existing risk management processes work.

Scope of Work
We have completed hundreds of assignments on projects that have been valued from £500k up to over £10bn. Our commissions have varied in size from one consultant for one day to a team of ten people full time for a year. We have written quick commentaries in an afternoon, and we have written reports of hundreds of pages. We work as comfortably alongside clients staff on cold, wet building sites as we do alongside their lawyers and bankers.
