 Training staff and raising awarenessWe have a comprehensive and thorough Staff Training Programme which clients can either join or commission privately.DS+A have two staff training programmes.The first is our in-house curriculum. This covers Introduction to Risk, Advanced Analysis and Assessment, Risk Management, Safety Risk Assessment, Report Writing and Presentation Skills, Tools and Techniques and Business Risk Assessment. The full programme takes our staff approximately two years to complete, though the longest individual course is two days. If you would like a course then there are two options. You can either commission us to give one at a location of your choice, or, particularly if you have a small number of staff, your colleagues can join our own staff on their in-house training. We can assure you that our training is thorough and what is taught, retained. Please contact us if you would like to discuss training. The second programme is study for Membership of the Institute of Risk Management, a professional qualification by examination. We sponsor our staff on this programme, supplying their text books and providing study leave.
