We have steadily built up our expertise over more than nineteen years of practice, completing hundreds of studies, process development commissions and risk management solution implementations. We have experience of studies lasting from a few days to several years and are as familiar with the imperatives behind urgent commissions as we are working within large scale businesses on a long term basis.We have completed assignments on projects that have been valued from £500,000 up to £30,000,000,000 with teams of up to fifteen of our own staff on a single study. Our commissions have varied in size from one analyst for one day to ten analysts full time for a year. We have written quick commentaries in an afternoon, and we have written reports of hundreds of pages. We have worked as comfortably alongside clients' staff on cold, wet building sites as we have alongside their lawyers and bankers. We have carried out Due Diligence investigations, and we carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance for what we do.
