We believe our success depends on producing accurate results. Our goal is that you should have confidence that our results are right. Our marketing message is directed at ourselves and it is this: get the right answers in the shortest time; get on with the job and get it delivered.

We are committed to honesty, to independence, to our clients and to our staff. To ensure excellence in our staff, our recruitment processes are rigorous and we are completely truthful to them about the working lives they will lead. Our clients therefore find our analysts like their work and are pleased to be given opportunities to do it.

We know we need to do more than just say to our analysts what we expect: we have to help them achieve it. We train our staff ourselves in our own programme of in-house courses given by the company's most experienced analysts. Our courses include Report Writing and Presentational Skills so that what we have done, we can communicate well.

We complement this with bought-in courses on specific software tools, on other approaches to risk matters and on management practice. We always sponsor continued professional development and at any time have several staff studying for professional risk examinations. We also hold two day conferences on risk twice yearly at which tools, techniques, experiences and lessons learnt are exchanged.

We have a Quality Control system in operation. All our work is reviewed by dedicated senior staff. We find analysts appreciate this verification and validation of their work.

In consequence we have a very high staff retention rate and so our expertise and pool of excellence is sustained and continues to grow.
