Our organisational structure

DS+A is 100% owned by its staff and managed by a Board of working analyst directors

DS+A Ltd is a properly constituted company owned entirely by its staff. The company has been trading successfully since 1990 and has no debt.

The Company has a flat hierarchical structure.

Analysts report to the directors or, occasionally, to a Principal Analyst on longer term or large team commissions.
